2010-2013 Triumph Tiger 800 Introduction
The Triumph Tiger 800 is manufactured in Hinckley, England by Triumph Motorcycles. It was first produced in 2010. Triumph proudly took inspiration from their smaller Daytona 675 model.
Triumph have since released two siblings to the Tiger 800 dual sport 799cc. A road-oriented
Tiger XR model and an off-road Tiger XC model.
The original silver paintwork on the frame was changed to black in 2012. With the exception of the red framed special edition XC and XR models.
Triumph claimed a 17% improvement in fuel economy in the 2015 with the second generation engine. Fitted with a 'drive by wire' throttle. At this time, traction control was included as standard.
